The short version
If you're not happy with your Bindicator for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. We pay for the return shipping. You don't need to give a reason.
For faulty products, your 3-year warranty kicks in even after the 30-day window.
What you can return
- Any Bindicator, used or unused, within 30 days of delivery.
- Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
- Please include the USB cable that came in the box.
How to start a return
-
Email [email protected] or use the contact form with your order number (it's in your confirmation email, format
BIND-XXXXXXXX). - We'll email you a prepaid return label (Australia Post for AU, Royal Mail for UK).
- Pop the Bindicator in any padded envelope or small box, stick the label on, and drop it at the post office (or arrange a pickup).
- Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your Bindicator arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away and we'll send a replacement at no cost (you don't need to send the faulty one back unless we ask). The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects beyond the initial 30 days.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Stripe handles the actual refund and uses the same card you paid with.
Cancellations before dispatch
Want to cancel before we ship? Just email us. As long as the order hasn't been picked yet (usually within a few hours of payment), we can cancel and refund immediately, no return needed.
Your statutory rights
Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure isn't a major one.
United Kingdom: you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described). Our 30-day return window is in addition to these statutory rights.
Questions
We're a small team and we'd rather sort it out than argue. If anything's unclear or you've had an unusual experience, email [email protected] and we'll work it out.
